Here's what i wear.
1: Neoprene (scuba)gloves. really warm.
2: Polypropelene neck gaitor.
3: If you live near an Army surplus store, try to get a pair of insulated cold weather boots. They are also water resistent. They also make a set out of gortex, they're called Mattahorns.
4: I also wear a flannel shirt, long sleeve t-shirt, leather coat, and a full faced helmet.
5: You could probably find most of this stuff at an outdoor/camping store.
